No matter what the subject matter, your documents will be treated with utmost confidentiality. Furthermore, we are always happy to sign an official non-disclosure agreement whenever required (e.g. for court documents, sensitive commercial information or proprietary technology).
Price and Timescale
We will provide a firm quotation in response to your enquiry and agree a deadline for delivery.
Ordering and Payment
Once we have received your files – or a detailed description of the size and nature of the materials – we will provide a firm quotation. Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer or via PayPal. Private individuals are asked to pay when the order is made, whereupon a receipt is issued. Orders from registered companies are to be accompanied by a purchase order, leading to the issue of an official invoice.
Delivery
Delivery is normally possible within a few days of receipt of the source files, depending on the size of the task. Urgent jobs requiring a rapid turnaround can sometimes also be accommodated.
