Submitting Files
Files can be submitted via email, Google Drive or Dropbox.
File Types Accepted
- Adobe PDF
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
- Apple Pages, Numbers, Keynote
- Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
- OpenOffice Writer, Calc, Impress
It is normally possible to deliver translations in Adobe PDF format whether or not the originals are initially submitted as PDF’s.
We are happy to discuss any aspect of the materials you wish to have translated.

Certification
Translations that will be used for official purposes, such as court documents, tax records, passports and references may require certification. We can certify any translation for a very reasonable additional fee. Certified translations can be delivered in electronic form, or as hard copies (whereby a small charge is added to cover postage and packing).
